To follow is a legal agreement between you, the CD-ROM user (and original purchaser), and Arc Media Inc., (ARC MEDIA). By using this CD-ROM, you are accepting the terms outlined here.
This CD-ROM title (DISC) contains photographs in digitized form, hereafter called "CONTENT". The CD-ROM user is granted license to reproduce, alter, combine with other images as a registered owner of the DISC only. The right to use or reproduce images from the DISC can be revoked at any time. The CONTENT remains the sole property of ARC MEDIA. The CONTENT may not be copied for sale as part of any collection in any form in whole or partial. The CONTENT may not be released in whole or in part into the public domain. The CONTENT may not be copied to any network, bulletin board, or transferred to anyone other than the CD-ROM user for any use without exception.
The CD-ROM user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ARC MEDIA from any and all claims, expenses and liability of any kind arising out of or in connection with any use of the ARC MEDIA product.
The CD-ROM user understands that they are purchasing the DISC "as is". ARC MEDIA shall be held harmless from any problems arising from the use of the DISC and ARC MEDIA's liability shall be limited to the replacement of the DISC exclusively. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada, and supersedes any and all other correspondence referencing the DISC.
